15-Minute Board Fit
We’ll tell you honestly if we’re the right fit.
We have been working to upgrade our system to get you a faster turn-a-around on your requests and be more user friendly.
You will be redirected through to our new order portal where you can “Request Access” to complete the order process for either an HOA Demand for Escrow/Title Companies, or a Condo Questionnaire for Lenders.
The “Request Access” button is located on the upper right-hand side of your screen. This will guide you through registering for a user ID and password for access to submit this order. The 1st drop down question will be what type of company are you with (example: Escrow and Title Companies would choose “Title Company”; whereas, Lenders would choose “Lender”). Finish answering the questions in the fillable fields and then click “Request Access”. The system will then email you the password. Please save your user ID and password, and bookmark the login screen, to gain faster access for future orders through our system.
